Good price and fast delivery, I had a local shop do the installation. For an after market item it's barely noticeable and extremely stable. 2016 Nissan Quest.
Perfect fit. No need to remove exhaust hanger. Hitch was well-packaged and free of scratches/digs/defects. Instructions on-line at etrailer.com were especially detailed and helpful.
The hitch receiver was not that difficult to install. That is the way to go if you want to save money. I used often to pull a trailer sometimes for long distances. I recommend this product to everyone that is a handyman and wants to cut costs.

Arrived packaged better than the first one I tried from the large online retailer. Well built. Same issues with ONE bolt location. 2016 Nissan Quest. Rear vertical underside bolt does not line up. See pic. So if you own this van plan on needing to get a pro to drill or bend the existing body bolt out of he way to enable the hitch bolt enough room to be threaded in. The washer cannot get past the body bolt to lay flat and even if you omit the washer (not wise) the bolt head cannot get past it. Once you get so far the socket keeps getting pushed off. So I've got to throw myself on the mercy of a shop now to bend that body section away and perhaps re-thread.
Not just a bolt right on job - at least for a Nissan Quest.
Also, beware of possible older hitches out there - there are apparently discontinued hitches out there getting sold on Ama--- as new.
At least go to a legit online retailer such as this.
This hitch is so incompatible for the car it is intended for. I could not enter most driveways that had any slope, gas stations especially, without the hitch dragging on the ground.
Now I am stuck with it. I will try to sell it but....

Because minivans typically have little ground clearance at the rear, what you describe is unavoidable. There is unfortunately no other place for the hitch to go due to the location of the rear bumper.
An excellent product that came in a timely manner to a person who ordered incorrectly (me) because I’ve always had trucks before and this is for a VAN. Now said hitch drags the ground on occasion. Still a useful product, note to self: you drive a van now, take care to order appropriate sizes.
Fit perfect very happy with the product. It's worth the buy.
I chose this hitch because of the way it is so well made. After reviewing the video of the installation onto the exact vehicle as needed and comparing it to my vehicle I saw it was an exact match. I installed it by myself using a pair of ramps to back the rear wheels up to raise the rear of the vehicle. With the use of a couple 6 x 6 and 3 x 6 wooden blocks to help support the hitch the bolting installation was a perfect match. Well done, Curt at etrailer! The wiring harness is perfect match for the vehicle.

Installed hardware with ease with all supplied new bolts. The electrical package was all pretty much plug and play and easy to install. I wish it came with a mounting bracket for the trailer plug to make it stationary. My only other critique is that the "etrailer.com" sticker is upside down. Great job everyone! Thanks!!

Installed on our 2013 Nissan Quest SV. The challenging parts of this installation are:
(1) Lifting the heavy, awkward bar into place to attach the first bolt - best to have two adults for this. I supported the center of the bar on a cinderblock, lifted one end of the bar into place against the framerail, and had my wife insert a screwdriver through the hole from inside the trunk to hold it in place until I could insert the bolts from underneath.
AND
(2) working around the exhaust pipe on the passenger side. It may be worth unhooking the exhaust hanger; I was eventually able to hold the exhaust pipe far enough to the side to access the bolts from underneath. I also had minor interference on the passenger side with a small bolt that attaches the bumper assembly; had to carefully fit the provided washer past it.
It's also fairly challenging to reinsert the rubber plugs over the holes inside the trunk, particularly where they're partially obstructed on the passenger side.
This is the second etrailer hitch assembly I've installed, and while both were quality products, installation was considerably more difficult on the Quest.
Hitch bolted up like it was factory. It took a bit of work to clean the threads out in the frame after 50000 miles of salt and dirt buildup. This hitch has only had light duty use pulling a kayak trailer. It is tucked up tight to the bottom of the bumper, yet it does occasionally drag going in and out of parking lot entries. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quality 2" hitch for their Quest at a fair price.

Working fine
I had it put on my Nissan Quest today. It looks great and feels like it's going to get the job done.Shipping wasn't so fast but that's on the delivery people. That said free shipping was awesome. The guys who put it on said " you did good." Meaning I purchased a superior product. First trip with it is this weekend and it looks like it'll do the job. Thanks etrailer!
