I have a 2019 Thor ACE 30.2 motorhome, which sumosprings kit do I need? Should I get Timbrens?

For your 2019 Thor ACE 30.2 I recommend the SumoSprings part # SSR-187-40-1 over other options as it will give you the better suspension support and improved handling you are looking for without creating harshness in the ride quality like the Timbren kit would.
The matching front kit is the # SSF-170-40-2. I attached install videos for both of these kits for you to check out as well.

I installed the front sumo and used the model you suggested, however the upper and lower pieces do not touch each other under load
