do this company have a picture or diagram shown how it should be hook up to the chain coming from the trailer being pull..what end should be hook to vehicle..??

I have attached a photo for you below that shows which way the s-hooks should face when attached to the safety chain loops on a trailer hitch. The photo example is using the Curt Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables with S-Hooks part # C80176 for reference. That said, if the s-hooks have the keeper attached then it should not really matter which way they face.
