Question:
I'd like to know how much the hitches for the 2020 Forester weigh. I'm looking for the exact weight of these hitches: the EcoHitch, Draw Tite and Curt. I don't mean the weight they can tow because I can see that but I mean if I lifted one up, how much weight am I lifting? Thanks!

I checked with the manufacturers of each hitch that fits your 2020 Subaru Forester, and here are their weights:
- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76271: 32 lbs
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13409: 34 lbs
- EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7391: 37-1/2 lbs
The EcoHitch weighs the most because it is made out of an alloy of recycled metals, while the Draw-Tite and Curt are made from steel. If you want to maintain your Forester's clean look, the EcoHitch is the way to go because it is the only hitch for your Forester that has a hidden crosstube. It is also the more expensive option because of its recycled materials, so if it is priced more than you were looking to spend, I recommend Draw-Tite over Curt for quality.
I have added links to video installs of both for you to take a look at.
