Question:

I have a Item # C13144 hitch on my 2017 Forester. I am buying a 2020 Forester and would like to put the Item # C13144 hitch on if it fits - will it fit?

Curt has a hitch that fits your 2020 Subaru Forester but due to model changes they had to release new fits. So you'd need the hitch part # C13409 for a Class III Curt that fits your vehicle. If you aren't partial to the Curt brand we also have the EcoHitch part # 306-X7391 which has a concealed crosstube which gives it a more hidden look that also helps with ground clearance. I attached a picture of what it looks like installed as well as an install video too.

For trailer wiring then the Tekonsha kit part # 118467 is the best way to go as it installs very easily and is very reliable.
