Both the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT82QR and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13416 are great choices for the 2019 Toyota Rav4 and they have very few differences. They both install the same and provide the same amount of ground clearance in the RAV4. The Curt receiver has a 4,000 lb capacity and the Draw-Tite has a 4,500 lb capacity however that will not matter as much since you are just carrying a bike rack.
