Question:
I recently purchased this back up camera and now realize I need a Multiplexer in order to install on my 2019 Sprinter van. What do you recommend? Also, does this camera show the picture while moving forward?

I have the perfect solution for you!
To add a multiplexer to your Rear View Safety # RVS-619N-S system you can use the Rear View Safety Multiplexer Box # RVS-501N , which is the part that is normally included in the upgraded # RVS-770619N-S system. During installation you can wire the system power into the battery to keep the cameras constantly on, so that you get a camera feed while moving forward. However, which camera is turned on is dictated by passive triggers that change depending on which circuit they're on-I've linked the page of the instructions where it talks more about that for installation purposes.
The one thing to consider is that if you do decide to wire this so that the camera is constantly on, there may be an excessive drain on the battery.
