Can Thule Roof Rack Components fit Yakima Track Installed on Camper Shell

I have Thule tracker II footpacks with cross bars, will this Thule base work with Yakima track? If yes can you list items I need to get this setup going? I have a set of 4 footpacks

Thule and Yakima roof rack components can both fit the track system you have on the top of your topper. That said, the Tracker II series of racks is no longer supported so you'd need to go with a new setup. For feet you'd need the part # TH460R, for a fit kit part # THKIT3101, and then for bars you'd want the part # TH712500 for 60 inch bars, # TH712400 for 53 inch bars, or part # TH712200 for 47 inch bars.
