I am looking for two Thule replacement mounts as shown.

From your picture it looks like you need the Replacement FootBase for Thule Tracker Roof Rack # 753-2149. This is the correct replacement part for the Thule Tracker roof-rack fit kits TK1, TK2, TK6, TK7, TK8, TK9, TK10, TK11, and TK12. The base mounts to a track (included in the original fit kit) and provides a mounting point for the roof-rack foot.

This includes (1) foot base, so to get (2) you would need to order (2).
