We do have a suspension enhancement solution that will work with your 1998 Toyota Sienna. I'd recommend the Firestone Coil Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F4118. The nice thing about an air system is you can tailor the firmness of the suspension to fit what you're carrying or towing. The air pressure can be adjusted from as little as 5 psi all the way up to 35 psi.

Timbren doesn't offer a solution for your vehicle, but in all honesty the Air Bag solution would be a better option because it offers more adjustability at a very reasonable price point. I've linked a couple of videos featuring the air bag system. To view them just click the provided links.
