Expert Reply:
The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F4155 and the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TTORSEN04 will both do a great job of helping handle the added weight on the rear of your 2011 Toyota Sienna which will in turn decrease vehicle sag.
The Timbren springs are more designed for towing as they are stiffer and provide more support than the airbags. The airbags will still give you plenty of support for your bike rack and will not sacrifice ride quality whereas you would with the Timbren springs.
I recommend going with the airbag as this option will provide you with the perfect combination of support and comfort. I have attached an installation video of the airbags installed on a similar 2012 Toyota Sienna for you as well.
