How do I reset the passcode for the remote for the leveling system. We bought our motorhome and they did not remember the pass code

The only leveling systems we carry are the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote - 4-Point Set # LC358590 and 6-Point Set # LC675817 which use the OneControl touch panel. If this is what you have, then according to the manual, the password will be located on the wifi hub that is in your trailer, as you can see by the cut out of the manual I added.
