There is going to be a trailer hitch that fits your vehicle, though the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13105 you asked about only fits certain model years of Toyota Sienna, from 2004 - 2020.
The reason for that is trailer hitches are custom-designed to fit the different frame sizes and bolt hole placements on each year, make and model of vehicle. If you let me know the year, make and model of your particular car I would be happy to find the trailer hitch that fits.
