Can you run the AC with this tester until your able to fix the problem?

The Advent Air Diagnostic Kit for RV Air Conditioners # ACTF that you referenced will activate (if they are working) all of the functions of the AC unit that are labelled on the box. While you might be able to get it to blow air with the compressor and fan functions turned on this wasn't intended to be a manual override type setup to continue use of it for an extended period of time.

Ideal use of this tool is to allow you to pin point where the problem between the compressor and the fan while bypassing any errors due to low pressure or refrigerant that normally cause the unit to stop altogether. So long story short...even if this would make your AC unit functions work with this there's a reason they weren't working without this so this would not work as a band-aid and the air wouldn't be cold.
