What Controller and Thermostat to Use with Furrion Chill HE RV AC Unit

I have a Furrion Chill® HE RV Roof Air Conditioner - 13.5K BTU. It replaced a Coleman Mach 15 unit. I purchased the adapter for it, but the adapter only has 5 wires in the pig tail instead of 6. After further reading it appears the adapter doesnt work with the Airxcel controlers. I have high fan, but no low fan as a result. At any rate, if I purchase this control box do I also need to purchase a Furrion thermostat? Or will my existing thermostate work with this control box? See photos.
