Question:
My tonneau cover has started leaking some, not a lot but I want to get it completely sealed. It just like mdl EX72780 cover. What type of weatherstriping do you suggest? thank in advance for your advice.

Helpful Expert Reply:
Typically when water starts to seep into a truck bed with a tonneau cover installed it's coming in from the cab side or through tiny openings at the tailgate.
What you can do to try and prevent this with your cover like the Extang eMAX # EX72780 is use the Extang MaxSeal # EX1140 to create a tight seal at the tailgate. This is a nice adhesive-backed rubber weather strip that's going to keep out rain, snow, and dust from sneaking into the bed through the tailgate and bed side walls.
Then at the cab I recommend using the Extang Cab Seal # EX32000368. This particular seal is designed for the Extang Encore model tonneau covers but you should be able to trim it for use with your existing unit. It is 68 inches long.
I have attached a couple short video reviews that you can check out as well.
