We do have trailer wiring harnesses for your 2012 Chrysler Town & Country but this particular wiring harness, # C55376, is meant for Chrysler Town & Country 2003 or older. The trailer wiring harness that is designed for your vehicle is the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness # C56331 and is confirmed to fit your 2012 Chrysler Town & Country.
Running a power wire to your battery is going to be required in order to protect your vehicle's lights and components from being overloaded by a short in the trailer wiring as well as provide the necessary amperage to power the additional lights on the trailer. While it may be somewhat time consuming, it's not as difficult as it may seem. We've actually put together some how-to articles showing the different ways you can accomplish this as well as a step by step installation of this harness on a Town and Country, which are attached to the bottom of this page.
