Will this unit shut off when temp reached or does it run all the time?

The Furrion Chill Rooftop RV Air Conditioner part # FR26PR is for just the rooftop unit. Therefore, if you will be adding a new air conditioner to your trailer then you will want to use the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - Black # FR23PV instead which comes with the rooftop unit, distribution box, wall thermostat, and controller. There would be no way to control the former without these components. They would then allow you to turn the system on and off once a certain temperature is reached via the wall thermostat.
