Greystone Microwave will Not Let Me Use the Keypad, It is Stuck on Clock, How do I Troubleshoot?

Stuck on clock will not do anything pressed reset held every button down.

Hello Charles.
I am very sorry you are having issues with your microwave. I would unplug the unit for 5 minutes and then plug it back in. By doing so it will do a hard reset to the microwave. You should also inspect the door switch as it is designed to not let you use the key pad while the door is open as a safety feature. So if something is preventing it from know the door is closed, it won't let you do anything. You could also check the power supply to ensure the microwave is getting the correct power. If it is none of these things, you might have a faulty keypad as they do go out. I am not sure how long you have had the microwave, but it does have a 1 year warranty, if you are still inside that warranty you will want to reach out to Greystone directly.
