If the rear jacks on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 aren't retracting then you should be getting an error on the touch pad screen. This is typically the result of the wiring being interrupted.

Try checking the wiring harness connections at both the controller and the jack, check the harness for any damage, and check the fuses at the controller, replacing anything that is damaged as necessary.
