Question:
I have a trailer that currently has the Curt Friction Sway Control Item # 17200. I know a lot of weight distribution systems have sway control built in. This appears to be just the weight distribution. Will this be compatible with what I have? Will I need to move anything? Or will this simply bolt on? Thanks,

Expert Reply:
The Curt weight distribution system part # C17052 is perfectly compatible with your Curt Friction Sway Control Item # 17200. You'd just need to mount the smaller ball of the kit to the brackets on either side of the hitch ball of this kit and you'd be set.
I attached a picture that shows what this will look like.
