Does B and W Hitch Reducer part # BWRHXA2182 Have Flange Around Hitch Opening

Does this have the flange like the original that came with the truck new?

The B&W Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve # BWRHXA2182 that you referenced does not have a flange that goes around the end of the hitch tube like the factory sleeve adapter has. We don't have any options for hitch reducers that do have the flange either.
I attached a picture that shows what this looks like when installed as well.
