I recently purchased a Thule T2 Pro XTB bike rack and need to reduce my 2019 F250 2.5inch hitch down to 2 I have seen the Brophy HR26 used for this but just want an opinion and also, what is the heaviest duty and best locking hitch pin you offer to secure everything?

The Brophy Hitch Reducer # HR26 is a fine choice to fit to your Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH83JV. The Thule should have come with a locking hitch pin for the 2" end of the reducer so a great choice for securely locking 2 1/2 inch hitch pin would be the BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock Item # BL7023585. At 5/8 inch diameter it's great for Class 3-5 hitches and I contacted Bolt who confirmed this key is compatible through 2019 Ford F-250 models with side cut key patterns. This means one less key to worry about when you're out and about.
While it's not important to carrying your bike rack with a 2.5 inch hitch, keep in mind the Brophy reducer also reduces your hitch capacity by 1/3 if you use it for other towing purposes.
