Can BOLT Locking Hitch Pin be Keyed Alike with Thule Key

Rather than my car’s key which isn’t compatible with this lock, can I code the lock to the Thule key I have for my racks? It is a shorter key, but I thought it was worth asking.

The BOLT locks, like part # BL7023585 you referenced, are only designed to be keyed alike to the ignition keys of various vehicles so unfortunately you won't be able to accomplish that.
Since it looks like you're needing a locking hitch pin I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98881 instead. This will fit both 2" and 2-1/2" receivers, it is double chrome plated for extra corrosion resistance, and it is made in the USA.
