Troubleshooting Kwikee Steps Not Retracting and Making Clicking Sound

Question:

the steps on my motorhome have stopped wrking. They no longer retract and I hear a clicking noise. I need to know if I need both the motor and the gearbox or if I only need the motor. The part number is 366043

If the steps on your motorhome aren't retracting but are making a clicking noise most likely a bad motor is the culprit. To replace the 366043 motor for your Kwikee Step Assembly you will just need the part # LC379147. This is a direct replacement so you won't need anything else to install it.
