Question:
What is the best way to fix sag on a 2018 F150 4x4 with 6 inch lift? I tow a bumper pulled trailer which weighs 12,000 pounds. Your input is appreciated.

The best way to fix the sag you are getting on your lifted 2018 Ford F-150 when towing a trailer is to use the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1504E which is designed for this exact situation - reduce the amount of sag on a truck when it is towing. The Timbrens will get more rigid with the more weight put on them and ensure your '18 F-150 does not sag as you tow.
The issue is that you have a 6" lift, and assuming it is a suspension lift (and not a body lift) you can add the Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles # A25723-90AH00 and/or Timbren 1/2" Spacer for Raised Frame Vehicles # TA25722-90P00. Simply measure the space between your F-150's frame and axle where the factory bump stops in order to figure out exactly how many of the spacers will be needed; you will need between 1/2 inch to 1 inch between the bottom of the bump stop and the top of the contact point. Please note you can't have more than four spacers per side.
I have added links to video reviews for you to take a look at.
