Can you give me the dimensions for the inner-tube for this part?

The drop leg portion of the Replacement Square, Direct Weld Jack Inner Tube with Spring-Return Drop Leg # TJD-12000SP-FIP measured about 3" square and is about 19" tall. Please note that this part is a direct replacement for jacks # TJD-12000SP-F2, # TJD-12000SP-R2, or # TJD-12000SP-R2NH so if you don't have one of these you will likely need to do some modification for this to fit.
