The next step in troubleshooting your trailer lights is going to be dependent on whether or not you have a factory or aftermarket trailer wiring harness. If you have a factory trailer wiring harness then you would be better off just taking the vehicle into a service center for repairs as the only advice we would have for this is to check the fuses and relays which you said you have already done. The factory trailer wiring harness can also be bypassed with an aftermarket trailer wiring harness, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118361.
If you have an aftermarket trailer wiring harness then be sure to check the stop/turn wires leading into the converter box to make sure the signal is passing though. If it is not then you know the converter box is bad and you will need to replace the entire trailer wiring harness.
