The BOLT Hitch Locks such as # BL7023582 can be coded to a vehicle key only one time.
This one-time coding is permanent. This means that if you change vehicles you will need to purchase new BOLT locks and code them to the new vehicle's key. Of course, if you sell your old vehicle the installed BOLT locks will remain coded to and usable with that vehicle's key.
