Remote won’t open vent or start the fan. No operation from remote either manual or remote

If your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent # MA00-04000K isn't responding at all to the remote then most likely it just needs to be replaced with part # MA00A01150K or the batteries are just in need of a change.
I do also recommend verifying that you're able to adjust the speed settings and other controls by using the buttons on the vent itself to rule out the vent from being the issue.
If you can't adjust anything using the vent buttons either then the remote is likely fine but a replacement circuit board or motor is needed. The correct printed circuit board for this assembly is part # MA10A21276K and the motor is part # MA10-20968.
