The etrailer.com hitch part # E98846 is the hitch I recommend for your 2018 Nissan Rogue that has the handsfree lift gate sensors and back up camera. While Nissan recommends a special harness to allow the sensors to still work after a hitch install we've found that it's not needed and you can just kick to either side of the hitch and it work fine. Also, the camera would not be affected either.
