While there are options for your 2018 Nissan Rogue, the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 2 Bike Carrier for Vehicles w/ Spoilers # HRF2 is not a confirmed fit. The Nissan Rogue got a facelift in 2017 that made it hard to put trunk mounted bike racks on it. The biggest fitting issue comes how the rear bumper is designed. The only relatively affordable trunk mounted option for your vehicle is the SeaSucker Hornet Vacuum Cup Mounted Bike Rack # 298-BH1302. It attaches to the rear window and can carry one bike by the handlebars.
If you want to carry more bikes, you are going to want to install a hitch like the etrailer Class III hitch # e98846 and use a hitch mounted bike rack like the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH83JV. Getting a hitch is the ideal option because then you have more weight capacity and it is a lot easier to mount your bikes.
