Best Trailer Hitch for 2018 Nissan Rogue to Carry 4-Bike Rack

Question:
Hi, I currently have a Class 1 hitch with a 1-1/4inch receiver on a my 2018 Nissan Rouge and a Thule folding 4 bike rack for a 2inch hitch. Can I use an adapter that will allow me to use the bike rack with my Class 1 hitch and carry 4 mountain bikes at once? Thank you,

A Class I trailer hitch is limited to carrying a maximum of two bikes so you will not be able to use your Thule 4-bike rack with the hitch that is currently on your 2018 Nissan Rogue; you will need a new trailer hitch.
The best trailer hitch for your '18 Rogue is the Curt # C13204 because it offers the best bumper clearance among the available hitches with a 2" receiver. The accompanying photo shows the 6 inch distance from the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper on a 2018 Rouge with this hitch installed.
This is a Class III hitch which has a tongue weight capacity of 525 lbs which is more than enough for any combination of bikes and bike rack so you will be able to safely use your Thule 4-bike rack.
