I just got this trailer and I can’t find out what size the lug but is so I can buy the right size wrench.

The wheel lug nuts on the Malone EcoLight Trailer # MAL53FR have a 3/4-inch outside dimension like lug nut # CE11050. The instructions for the trailer which I linked for you indicate need for two 3/4-inch wrenches for the assembly of the trailer. All other tools needed to assemble the Malone EcoLight are listed on page 1 of those instructions.
