Hello, Can you please provide additional info regarding how this trailor is for heavy inch kayaks? Does it include Malones 4001 HD crossbars MPG 4001? Maybe something else makes it stronger.

The Malone MicroSport Trailer part # MPG461GS has a capacity of 150 lbs per kayak or boat cradle and the kayak or boat cannot be longer than 20 ft long. The Malone Crossbars part # MPG4001 are 78" crossbars for Malone MicroSport trailers that originally came with shorter crossbars. The Malone MicroSport part # MPG461GS already comes with the 78" bars.
For heavier kayaks I recommend Malone MicroSport Trailer part # MPG460G without the boat cradles and use Malone J-Pro2 Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs part # MPG117MD to carry the kayaks on the trailer. The MPG460G has a weight capacity of 500 lbs. I am not sure how long the kayak is that you are referring to but it cannot exceed 20 ft long.
