Yes, the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 will fit and work perfectly on your 2019 Ford Ranger. There is not a factory plug-in port beneath the dash of your Ranger for a brake controller but all of the wiring is already ran. There will be a 4-wire harness behind the dash at the driver's left wheel well that should be wrapped with some thin blue tape.

Based on my research these 4 wires will be blue, yellow/red, white/purple, and white in color. The blue wire goes to the blue brake output wire on the P3, the yellow/red wire is for 12V power and goes to the black wire on the controller, the white wire goes to the white ground wire on the controller, and the white/purple wire goes to the red brake input wire on the controller.

I highly recommend still testing each of these factory wires on the truck with a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to verify these functions before actually making the connections.

I just got the P3- for my 2019 for Ranger. I found the wires Blue, Yellow/red, White/Purple, White in color. The harness that came with the P3 has Red, white, blue, and black. Can you help me find the diagram to connect the P3 harness to the wires in my Ford Ranger? Above you state where three of the wires go but not the ground. Thanks
