Question:

I have a 2019 Ford Ranger with factory Tow package that includes a 4 way and a 7 way trailer wiring, I am assuming there is a hookup under the dash like most trucks have with factory wiring, however which wiring adapter part number will I need?

On your 2019 Ford Ranger, there isn't any wiring under the dash for a brake controller. You can either use a wireless trailer brake controller like the Curt Echo # C51180 or you can hardwire a controller of your choice using the wiring kit # 5506. Your factory 7-way should already have the 12V power connected, so you can simply use # 10-1-1 for wire from your battery to the circuit breaker # 38630 and then to the brake controller. Then use the same wire from the blue brake controller output to the 5'oclock pin on your 7-way.
