Troubleshooting Reception of Jensen Amplified Antenna

Question:
I hooked it up to Rotech radio on my Harley Davison and still don’t get much better reception than the factory one

When we have asked the manufacturer about the issues with reception on the Jensen Amplified Antenna # AN150SR, we were told if you disconnect and then re-connect the cable, making sure it is a strong connection, reception issues are often cleared up.
