There is one trailer hitch that will fit, so long as you have a 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-300 or E-400, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11454.

This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver, 2,000 lb towing capacity and 200 lb tongue weight capacity; I have added a link to the written instructions for you to check out. If you plan on using this for accessories like a bike rack such as the Thule Apex XT 2-Bike Rack # TH9024XT you will need Stabilizing Straps # 18050 in order to maintain the lifetime warranty on the hitch.
