Troubleshooting the Maxxair 4700K Powered Vent Opening But Not Closing

Question:
Our Maxxair Vent 4700K will lift when the button is pressed but will not close. We have replace the lift motor but it did not help our problem, can you suggest a repair. We are thinking circuit board, just not sure if this will fix our problem.

I reached out to my tech contact at Maxxair and he said that you most likely need to replace the PC board. The Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents # MA10A21275K is the correct model for your 4700K vent and should solve your issue since it appears your motor receives power to open but not to close.

MaxxAir 4700 K was working fine, then fan was only working intermittently and now not coming on at all. Vent opens and closes not problem. Not sure where to check...
