Replacement Circuit Board for MaxxFan 7000k RV Fan

Question:
i have a maxxfan 7000k s/n 2016-06-7000k which is fully auto with remote. it no longer powers up. i have tested wiring going in and have power to the circuit board. i have tried to reset by unplugging wiring and then plugging back in with no joy. is this a cicuit board failure and could you give me the correct part # replacement

You definitely have a circuit board issue with your MaxxFan 7000K and need to replace it with the part # MA10A21275K and you'd be set.
