Question:
I noticed after setting up my Blue Ox sway pro and hitching up to our trailer the rear end s about 2 inches and the front raises about 1/4 inch. Im using the eighth chain link from the loose side of the chain. By going to the 9th or 10th link it is very difficult to turn the latch. Please let me know what i should try next. Thank you

The Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Clamp On - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # BXW1000 is rated for a total tongue weight (including the loaded trailer tongue and any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle) between 750 and 1000 lbs.
It sounds like a couple of things may be the issue. You may need to go to the 9th link and use the spring bars to support more weight. If that doesn't really change the sag you may need to upgrade the bars to a heavier capacity like the Replacement Spring Bars # BXW4008 (rated for 1,000 to 1,500 lbs total tongue weight).
Finally if your total tongue weight is within the range of your current system and adjustment doesn't change the sag, then suspension enhancement for load leveling on your vehicle is the next step. If you let me know your vehicle information (year/make/model) I'd be happy to make a recommendation for you.
