Was thinking of the following: Hollywood Bike Rack HLY84FR with 1 x 3” wheel holder and 1 x 5” wheel holder Optional additional interchangeable 1 x 3” wheel holder PLUS Sport Rider SE2 Add on Kit HR1475-Z Is this recommended? Thanks

You've already done most of the legwork for me. I recommend going with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE, part # HLY84FR, that you mentioned because it can handle both of your e-bikes with or without fat tires. The wider hoops still carry bikes with 3 inch tires so you don't need the smaller wheel holders.
Then get the add-on, part # HR1475Z, for the kids' bikes.
