Where Are the Brake Controller Wires On a 2019 GMC Canyon

Hello I cant locate the wires in my 2019 canyon needed to install the brake controller I had just purchased from e trailer, can you help with where they are located?

The brake controller wires for a brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 on your 2019 GMC Canyon should be located under the driver side kick panel next to the emergency brake pedal. These wires will be taped to one another and most likely tucked under another bundle of wires. If you take a look at the install video on a similar 2017 Chevy Colorado you will be able to see the wires revealed at around the 3:45 mark.
Please note if you don't already have a 7-way then you will need to install one for which I recommend using the Hopkins Multi-Tow 7-Way Blade and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector part # HM11141144.
