How Does Brake Controller Install in 2019 GMC Canyon

Question:

I have a Tekonsha 9016a Primus IQ controller that I want to put in a 2019 GMC Canyon. Is there a wiring harness that is basicaly plug and play for this install?

Your 2019 GMC Canyon does have factory brake controller wiring present under the dash but there isn't a connector under the dash present that you can plug into as there is a set of 4 blunt cut wires there which you'd need to run the wires of your Primus IQ # TK90160 to.
