For your 2017 Toyota RAV4 hybrid the Curt hitch part # C13149 is a confirmed fit. I attached a picture of this hitch installed on a 2017 Hybrid just like yours.
Since hitch installs are relatively easy for a mechanic your best option is to find a local mechanic to you who has a good reputation and let them do it.
