Question:
model C17500 I have a 2019 Ram 1500, my camper is 6300 lb. dry wgt. I have installed my unit on the truck , cannot change the truck sag. I know I must be doing something wrong, but right now I have no change in sag from my old weight distribution hitch. Would appreciate some help.

The Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C17500 you referenced is rated for total tongue weights between 800 and 1000 lbs. Based on your camper dry weight, it does appear that once loaded and with any cargo behind the rear axle of your truck you should be in the appropriate range. I've attached some articles to assist.
If you aren't getting any difference in sag between when the system is engaged and when the bars aren't under load, then it appears you may not have the adjustments correct. However, if you are comparing from an old system engaged to a new system engaged, the sag may not be significantly different. The systems may both be rated correctly and you may simply need to add some suspension enhancement to your truck to assist with minimizing sag.
If you don't have factory air suspension, we have a few options, but I recommend the Air Lift # AL60828HD for 2WD versions or the larger # AL57375 for 4WD. These will provide adjustment as needed to level your truck and provide some additional shock absorption.
