Will the tekonsha 118247 work on my 2004 Ford F-150 not equipped with a factory tow package?

The Tow Package Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118247 will only fit your 2004 Ford F-150 if it has a factory 4-way currently. If you are totally without trailer wiring it would not work. I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
You'd need to first go with a universal 4-way instead like part # C59236 and then convert that to a 7-way with # 37185.
