The definition says Dodge ram pickup. Is the frame the same on a 3500?

The Curt hitch part # C15800 does fit a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 but only if the vehicle was a Cab and Chassis model which means it was sold without a truck cab and the frame dimensions are 34 inches apart measured from outside to outside.

For a similar Class V hitch for a non-cab and chassis style truck you'd want the part # C15409 which fits if the truck came with a factory hitch or did not come with one. This hitch has capacities of 17,000 lb total trailer weight.
