Question:
My 2019 Leisure Unity has a sway bar already on it that looks just like the one by Roadmaster. rm1209120. What am I going to gain by taking off one and putting another own in exactly the same place?

Expert Reply:
The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1209-120 (Cutaway Models) will preform better than the factory rear anti-sway bar on your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 because it is thicker (1-3/8") which means it will be stronger therefore helping to further decrease side-to-side movement. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar also comes with polyurethane bushings which will be more durable as well as less noisy than the rubber bushing you have on the factory rear anti-sway bar.
If you really wanted to beef-up the rear suspension on your Sprinter 3500 then you can add the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-338-47 in addition to the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar. The Solo Custom like the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar will also work to limit side-to-side movement but unlike the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar will help with the up and down as well as side-to-side movement.
I have attached an install and test course video on the latter option for you.
